To the most important person in my life

Happy birthday Mom. I am not somebody who can easily express my love, even to someone like you who is that close to me, just like you. You are the most important person in my life. You've forgiven me countless times no matter what wrong things i've done in the past. I still remembered when i was young, i threatened to send you to the old folks home when i grow up, thinking about it, i was so stupid and i know those kind of words hurt a lot.

I will treasure my life not because of anything else, but the pain you went through to bring me to this world and the hardship you went through to raise me up, not forgetting your effort in keeping the family together. Years past, i've seen your wrinkles start appearing, skin starts to crease, your hair starts to grey , yet you never once complained. I know of the pain and suffering you went through silently.

I know you dont want anything in return.
You just want me to be a useful person to this society.

i wonder to myself what i can do for you..
Study hard.
Dont give up, No matter how difficult it is.
Take care of you when you grew old,
Just like how you took care of me when i was young.
